Anti pasto Italian cured meats, picked gherkins, marinated olives, mozzarella balls flavoured with pesto, pesto, roast peppers, rosemary olive bread

Ham and game pie with homemade chutney, ham hock, with homemade piccalilli, chicken ballotine wrapped in parma ham

Somerset brie asparagus cheesecake, goat cheese mousse in a vinegar reduction, mediterranean vegetable tartlet
