The package includes 4 canapés per person from either deluxe or wedding canapé menu, 3 course wedding breakfast, coffee and homemade petit fours, hired linen table cloths, linen napkins, crockery, cutlery, champagne flutes, 1 event manager and all waiting staff

First course

Peppered beef carpaccio with a red chard salad and a horseradish creme dressing

Game terrine with a spiced apricot ginger chutney and warm brioche bread

Pan fried scallops with a chorizo sausage compote, cauliflower puree, chilli citrus dressing

Roasted vegetable & halloumi stack filled with a cherry tomato compote with a tomoto mozzarella salad topped with a basil pesto dressing

Main Course

Roast loin of venison with a spiced red cabbage, celeric puree and fondant potatoes served with a port blackberry jus

Pan fried duck breast served with sweet potato mash potato, glazed baby carrots, seasoned spinach leaves in a red current & orange sauce

Grilled tuna loin topped with pomegranate seeds, watermelon salad and soya ginger dressing

Millefuille butter puff pastry filled with Mediterranean vegetables served with a tomato & basil sauce

Chocolate and orange tart served with a raspberry sorbet

Individual apple tart tatin with a cinnamon ice cream in a butterscotch sauce

Strawberries and exotic fruits in a pink champagne jelly served with a raspberry & blackcurrant coulis
